SAVLIBSAVF (Save Libraries to Save Files) Command

The SAVLIBSAVF command allows the user to save one or more libraries to a save file of the same name as the library in the designated library.

LIB - Up to 300 library names (Generic or Full name) that will be saved to a save file with the same name as the library. A save file with the same name as each library being saved is created in the library specified on the SAVFLIB parameter. The library is saved with DTACPR(*YES). The Target Release may be specified on the TGTRLS parameter.

SAVFLIB - Specify the name of the library where the save files are created. This library should (probably) be empty and used only for these save files, but that decision is up to the end-user. If the library does not exist, the command fails.

TGTRLS - Specify the target release for the SAVLIB command. The format is the same as that of the SAVLIB library, VxRyMz.

OMITLIB - Specify up to 300 library names (Generic or Full name) that should NOT be included in the libraries being saved.

The SAVLIBSAVF command is part of the COZTOOLS library available for public beta testing beginning May 1st, 2012 and becoming available for general use in early August.
