PTFs for HTTP Server being downloaded

Due to recurring errors, I'm pulling down the latest HTTP Server PTFs for v7.1 and will be installing them later today. I think they may have actually fixed (or broken) something with this one as its showing a size of 2.3 GB.
That seems like a lot for "just" an HTTP Server fix.
Of course I'll have to wait until later today to re-IPL the box and apply these PTFs.
