It's to show support for the Special Effect workers who are in trouble in the TV/movie industry. Since Disney and COMCAST bought everything, they're trying to run NBC Universal and even ILM like a Private Equity Fund would run a business--in other words, suck out the profits, and turn out a crappy product, pay the employees less and outsource if they don't comply. This is why we had monopoly laws in the past.
