F Spec issue with an RPG stored procedure

Hello! I am having an issue with a file defined in the F specs not being found when I call my RPG stored procedure from iNav. The library where the file exists is specified in the db connection within iNav, so I'm thinking there shouldn't be an issue with it.
Has anyone had this same problem? If so, I'd appreciate some input.
