IBM has published PTFs for client access on their website.
For the link, type in "PTF Matrix" into the midrangenews Search box (above) and click on the Client Access PTF Matrix link. Or simply click here for the direct link to that midrangeNews.com page.
I just downloaded and installed it on my Windows PC and so far, no issues, and it seems to be a bit faster.
