QDBRTVFD would be used to reverse engineer the DDS, more or less. It's quite complicated.

As Neil suggets, QUSROBJD gets the object de!--script--ion. If you have several objects, you might prefer QUSLOBJ. If you want member change dates, see QUSRMBRD or QUSLMBR.
