Finally got that nasty email bug corrected on the site.

New registrations can begin and we'll start publishing the newsletter once again with the April issue. Thank you all for putting up with this technical glitch.

This would explain the sudden appearance of a few emails last night.  I have to admit, I'd forgotten about this site until then

I had hoped the navigation around the site would be a bit easier, rather than having to scroll through two lists of recent postings - any plans to e.g. just have a link somewhere to the newsletters rather than having to find the most recent newsletter posting in the list?

Yes. The "featured links" thing is being added soon. It'll include the news letters. In addition, the news letters are getting a "most recent first" sequence applied to them.
