What is the value of which command that has to be changed or modified to change the sign off time for a user to the system?

System values:

QINACTITV - 5-300 minutes.

QINACTMSGQ - *ENDJOB

You could also consider:

QINACTITV with desired delay

QINACTMSGQ *DSCJOB (disconnect the job instead of ending it)

QDSCJOBITV with desired delay

Typically a relatively short time on QINACTITV, say 30 or even 15 minutes, and a longer interval, maybe an hour or two, in QDSCJOBITV. You have to decide if it's OK to disconnect jobs at all; disconnected jobs hold object and record locks, so may not be appropriate. Advantage is that when same user signs on to same device, they reconnect and the job resumes, right where it left off, with almost no overhead.
